An attorney since 1990, Ms. Pistone advocates for debtors, creditors and trustees in all matters in bankruptcy court and in bankruptcy appeals. Ms. Pistone also represents clients in debt negotiation and civil litigation.
Ms. Pistone is a Certified Bankruptcy Law Specialist.
Prior to representing clients in chapters 7, 13 and 11 in private practice, Ms. Pistone served as the senior attorney to a bankruptcy trustee for eight years, analyzing bankruptcy plans and making recommendations to bankruptcy judges.
Ms. Pistone graduated from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles and the University of Southern California.
Ms. Pistone is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys and the Orange County Bankruptcy Forum.
